Everyone is using AI. Few organizations are creating measurable value from it.

As AI becomes increasingly accessible, the advantage is shifting away from the technology and toward the knowledge behind it. Skip the Fine Print: Let AI Perform Smart-Entry of Submittal Data

AI can be leveraged to read an uploaded document, decide if that document is appropriate for the submittal process and extract the data into submittal data elements. This can be handy for submitting your professional license, CE credits, documentation of volunteering participation, letters of recommendation, etc.


For certification programs, recertification runs on continuing education, and the rules behind it are hard to get right. Which category does this course belong in? Is that an accredited CE or a CME? How many credits does an academic course count for, and how many are allowed in each bucket? Certificants have to work all of this out for themselves, and getting it wrong is costly: a misreported CE can trigger an audit, or even lead to a recertification being denied. On top of that, certificants still type every certificate into a tracker one field at a time.

We’re taking both problems off the certificant’s plate. A certificant uploads all their CE documentation at once. AI reads each document, works out the activity, provider, dates and hours, and applies the program’s own rules in Certelligence® to place each one in the right category with the right credit. The certificant reviews the proposed entries, fixes anything, and saves. Each entry lands in the standard Certelligence® CE tracker with its document attached, ready for staff review and audit as usual.

In this session we’ll demo the smart uploader live and show how it’s built: a certificant-portal widget on top of ACGI’s standard web services, with no custom database code. We will show how it leverages your rules/requirements and builds on AI document checks we’ve already built for a certification client.
